Shivani Bhasin
Shivani thinks of learning as an enjoyable lifelong pursuit and believes that humans of all ages are capable of experiencing the same delight of learning that one-year-olds feel as they learn to walk. She strongly believes in leveraging kids’ natural curiosity to create impactful learning moments in a fun and engaging way.
In her work as an executive and leadership coach, Shivani has continually observed that skills such as creative thinking, cognitive agility, effective communication, negotiation, collaboration, etc are most crucial for success, yet never taught in schools. She strongly believes that these skills can’t be taught in theory but instead can be acquired only by practice in their everyday life. Towards this end, Shivani has been teaching a 6-month entrepreneurship course to high-schoolers for the past 4 years, with a goal to provide a real-life setting to practice some of these skills. In addition to this, she has also been teaching children a variety of subjects, via classes and camps for the past 9 years.
Currently, Shivani works as an executive coach, trainer, and consultant for professionals spanning various industries. Prior to that, Shivani obtained a Masters in Economics and an MBA from the University of Rochester. She can’t wait to meet you and your little one!
